Who can take part
- You have stage III or stage IV solid cancer, confirmed by biopsy or cell testing
- Your cancer has no effective standard treatment available, or it has come back after standard treatment
- You’re between 18 and 75 years old, with good overall functioning (ECOG 0–1) and expected survival over 3 months
- You can have prior cancer treatments, but they must be stopped long enough ago and you must have recovered from side effects
- You have at least one measurable tumor area that can be safely injected (based on CT/MRI size rules)
- Your blood counts and organ tests (kidney, liver, coagulation) must be within acceptable limits
