This trial tests an “oncolytic virus” treatment given into the bladder to fight high-grade non–muscle-invasive bladder cancer. It may help people whose bladder cancer did not respond to initial bladder prevention treatments, potentially delaying or avoiding major bladder surgery.

Tested OH2 injection for melanoma after standard treatments fail
This Phase 3 study tests OH2 injection in people with stage III or IV melanoma that has come back or spread after at least two prior treatment types. If you qualify, you may receive OH2 injection to help shrink tumors or slow disease progression.
