Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with a hypertrophic (thick, raised) scar that needs surgery
- Your scar area is between 10 and 200 square centimeters
- Your vital signs are stable enough for surgery (based on routine medical checks)
- You can follow the study plan and come back for regular visits
- You have not already joined this same study in the past (or you must be able to answer if you have)
