Who can take part
- Be 18 to 70 years old
- Have a scheduled elective heart rhythm procedure where a temporary pacing wire is placed in the right atrium
- Have a left heart pumping strength (left ventricular ejection fraction) of 50% or higher
- Be able and willing to sign informed consent
- Be able to travel to the Cardiac Electrophysiology Laboratory at Foothills Medical Centre in Calgary, Alberta
