Access to liso-cel for patients with a nonconforming treatment batch
Part of Blood & lymphatic, Cancer, Immune system & allergy clinical trials.
This trial provides access to a CAR T-cell therapy called liso-cel for people whose own treatment batch didn't meet quality standards but who might still benefit. It's a way to receive the therapy when re-making it isn't possible.

This study looks at patients with a type of lymphoma (follicular lymphoma) who have already received a CAR T-cell therapy called liso-cel. Researchers want to track their health over time and see how well the treatment works and how safe it is in routine medical care.
This study looks at patients with mantle cell lymphoma who have already received a treatment called lisocabtagene maraleucel (Liso-cel) as part of standard care. It helps researchers understand how well the therapy works in real-world use.
This trial tests a type of CAR T-cell therapy (called liso-cel) for people with large B-cell lymphoma who still have tiny traces of cancer after their first treatment. The goal is to see if liso-cel can get rid of those remaining cancer cells and prevent the cancer from coming back.
This trial provides access to a CAR T-cell therapy (ide-cel) that was made for you but didn't meet commercial release standards. It's an expanded access program for patients who have no other options and are stable enough to receive the treatment.
This trial gives people access to a specially made CAR T-cell therapy (a treatment that uses your own immune cells to fight cancer) that didn't pass the usual quality checks but is still considered safe. It's for patients who have no other good options and are already set to receive this treatment.
This trial tests a personalized immune-cell treatment (CAR-T) called C-CAR039 for adults with certain types of large B-cell lymphoma that has come back or did not respond to treatment. It may help by attaching to lymphoma cells and training your immune system to fight them.
