- You are age 18 or older
- You are (or were) a patient at a participating medical practice
- You have already had genetic or biomarker testing (or will get it) through a clinician or the practice
- If your prior test was germline genetics: you have cancer or a genetic result labeled disease-causing (pathogenic) or likely disease-causing
- You agree to join the registry (consent)
