Who can take part
- You’re age 18 or older and can sign consent and follow the study plan
- Your breast cancer is confirmed by a biopsy, and it has not spread to distant organs (M0)
- Your cancer is “triple-negative” (ER- and PR-negative, and HER2-negative) on the lab tests from your biopsy
- Your doctors plan curative surgery after pre-surgery chemotherapy, including removal of the breast tumor and lymph-node sampling
- You have enough blood counts, kidney, and liver function from recent screening blood tests
- You have no recent cancer treatments for this breast cancer, and you have not taken lenvatinib or immune checkpoint therapy in the last 2 years
