Who can take part
- You are age 18 or older and have been diagnosed with invasive breast cancer confirmed by biopsy
- Your breast cancer is triple negative, and you have a germline BRCA1 or BRCA2 gene mutation
- Your cancer has been confirmed as not spread to distant organs (M0), based on scans/tests
- You have not had any prior treatment for this breast cancer, and you are planned for surgery/standard treatment pathway
- You are well enough to participate (ECOG performance status 0 to 1) and have adequate organ function
- You can swallow study medicines and are not currently on certain medicines that cannot be safely stopped during the trial
