- You are 18 or older.
- You had stage 2 or 3 triple-negative breast cancer before starting treatment.
- You received chemo (with anthracyclines and taxanes) plus pembrolizumab before surgery, at least 4 cycles.
- You had surgery within 12 weeks, and some cancer remained (RCB score >0).
- You are about to start standard capecitabine or olaparib after surgery.
- Your overall health is good (able to care for yourself).
- You are not pregnant, and if able to become pregnant, you agree to use contraception.
