Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with prostate cancer (prostate adenocarcinoma), and your risk grade is Group 1 to 5
- You are 18 years or older and can sign informed consent
- Recent scans show no cancer in nearby lymph nodes and no spread to distant organs
- You have acceptable urine flow and low urine leftover after peeing (and you may need hormone therapy to improve prostate size)
- You have not had radiation to the pelvis before, and your mobility/energy is limited to ECOG 0–2
