Who can take part
- You or your child has a solid tumor that has come back or spread after standard first treatment and cannot be removed by surgery.
- The tumor must test positive for a protein called CD276 (B7-H3) — ask your doctor about this test.
- You must weigh at least 10 kg (about 22 pounds) and be between 1 and 75 years old.
- You cannot have had any prior CD276-targeting CAR T cells or CD276 antibody therapy.
- You must have adequate organ function, including heart, lung, liver, kidney, and bone marrow, as determined by standard tests.
- You cannot have uncontrolled brain metastases, active infections (like HIV, hepatitis B or C), or be on high-dose steroids.
