Treatments studied

Part of Cancer clinical trials.

This Phase 1 trial studies INV-1120 alone and with pembrolizumab (an immune therapy) in adults with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatment or have no standard option. The goal is to see how the treatments work, what dose is safest, and what side effects may occur.

Early test of a cancer treatment for advanced solid tumors

This early-phase study tests a new treatment in people with advanced (locally advanced or metastatic) solid tumors that have worsened or cannot be treated with standard therapies. It may help shrink tumors or slow growth, and it also helps doctors learn the safest way to use the medicine.

Testing an anti-cancer drug alone and with pembrolizumab

This early-phase study tests GV20-0251 (an anti-cancer treatment) by itself and combined with pembrolizumab, to see how well it works and how safe it is. It is for adults with advanced solid tumors that have grown despite standard treatments, or where standard treatments aren’t an option.

NCT04219254Recruiting· Phase 1/Phase 2
Testing BI-1206 with pembrolizumab for advanced solid cancers

This early-phase trial studies BI-1206 together with pembrolizumab to treat advanced solid tumors. It may be an option if your cancer has progressed after prior anti–PD-1/PD-L1 treatment (or, in some groups, if standard treatments aren’t suitable).

NCT07612891Recruiting· Phase 1/Phase 2
Testing INV-6452 for advanced breast cancer and solid tumors

This study tests a new drug called INV-6452 to see if it is safe and can help control advanced cancers that have grown despite prior treatment. The drug targets specific cancer cell weaknesses, particularly in hormone-sensitive breast cancers without HER2 mutations.

NCT05101070Recruiting· Phase 1/Phase 2
Study of an anti-cancer drug alone or with immunotherapy

This Phase 1/2 study tests a new cancer drug (S-531011) in people with advanced or metastatic solid tumors, either by itself or combined with an immunotherapy drug. It may help shrink tumors and learn how the treatment works, but it also requires extra procedures like repeat tumor biopsies and frequent monitoring.

Study of BH3120 with or without pembrolizumab for advanced cancers

This trial tests a new drug, BH3120, alone or with pembrolizumab, for people with advanced solid tumors that haven't responded to standard treatments. It aims to see if the combination can help your immune system fight cancer more effectively.
