Better recovery steps after surgery for arm or leg tumors

Sarcoma

Part of Cancer clinical trials.

This trial looks at whether an organized “enhanced recovery” plan can help people recover better after surgery for a suspected sarcoma in the arm or leg. If you’re having surgery at Vanderbilt, it may support faster, smoother recovery regardless of whether you use opioid pain medicine before surgery.
