Who can take part
- Be age 18 or older and sign consent, with willingness to follow study visits and tests
- Have advanced or metastatic solid tumor cancer that cannot be removed with surgery (locally unresectable or metastatic)
- For the tumor-matching parts: your tumor needs the right marker testing results (CLDN18.2; and sometimes HER2/P-D-L1 related details based on the cohort)
- Your general health and body strength must be good enough for treatment (ECOG performance status 0–1)
- Recent screening blood/organ tests must be in allowed ranges (blood counts, liver, kidneys, and clotting)
- If joining the combination parts or expansion, you must have at least one measurable tumor spot on a scan (RECIST)
