Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older and have an advanced solid tumor (like melanoma or triple-negative breast cancer) that can be safely injected with the study drug.
- Your cancer must have continued to grow after at least one prior standard treatment, or you must not be able to tolerate those treatments.
- You need to have a tumor that can be biopsied before and after the injection, and you must agree to that biopsy.
- Your blood counts, kidney function, liver function, and clotting must be within certain safe ranges.
- You cannot have untreated brain tumors, active autoimmune disease, HIV, hepatitis B or C, or a recent history of heart problems or blood clots.
