Who can take part

  • Have advanced or metastatic solid cancer confirmed by tumor test (histology or cytology)
  • Your cancer must have failed, stopped helping, or there is no standard treatment option for you
  • You must have a recent tumor sample available for testing, and be able to do new biopsies if needed
  • Your overall health score (ECOG) must be 0–2 for Phase 1, and 0–1 for Phase 2
  • You must not have certain exclusions like brain/CNS cancer, active hepatitis B or C, or immune-system problems needing strong suppressing medicines
