Who can take part
- Have advanced or metastatic solid cancer confirmed by tumor test (histology or cytology)
- Your cancer must have failed, stopped helping, or there is no standard treatment option for you
- You must have a recent tumor sample available for testing, and be able to do new biopsies if needed
- Your overall health score (ECOG) must be 0–2 for Phase 1, and 0–1 for Phase 2
- You must not have certain exclusions like brain/CNS cancer, active hepatitis B or C, or immune-system problems needing strong suppressing medicines
