Who can take part
- You are age 18 to 70
- You have a high-grade serous or endometrioid ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer
- Your cancer either came back within 6 months after last platinum chemo or is considered platinum-refractory after at least 2 platinum treatments
- Your tumor can be measured on scans (measurable disease) and you are in generally good function (ECOG 0–2)
- You are BRCA1/2 mutation positive and have not had any PARP inhibitor before (PARPi-naive)
- Your heart, blood counts, kidney/liver tests, and pregnancy status meet safety limits
