Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older and have confirmed epithelial ovarian cancer (excluding low-grade tumors and mucinous type).
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and if you could get pregnant you agree to effective birth control during treatment and for at least 120 days after the last dose.
  • Your cancer has measurable tumors on scans, and your overall day-to-day functioning is good (ECOG 0–1).
  • Your cancer is “platinum-sensitive” and came back no earlier than 6 months after finishing prior platinum treatment (or certain prior maintenance treatments).
  • You had 0 to 1 chemotherapy treatment phase for the recurrent setting (or up to 1–2 total lines including the first-line treatment) and your time without treatment was more than 6 months for each line.
  • You can provide a tumor sample (archived tissue or a new biopsy) from a spot that has not been previously irradiated.
  • Your blood pressure and organ blood test results are controlled/adequate for study treatment, as judged by the team.
