Who can take part
- You are 18 or older and have CLL or SLL that needs treatment again after earlier venetoclax-based therapy (with either rituximab or obinutuzumab).
- Your physical stamina is fairly good (ECOG 0–3); if you have stage 3 illness, it must be mainly due to CLL/SLL.
- Your blood counts and organ function are adequate: hemoglobin, white blood cells (ANC), and platelets must be above required levels, and your kidneys and liver must work well enough.
- You must not have had previous treatment with a BTK inhibitor, and you must not have taken venetoclax before other than your first-line course.
- You must be able to take pills and follow frequent study visits, and you must be able to give informed consent.
