Who can take part
- You are 18 or older and have a confirmed diagnosis of CLL or SLL.
- Your CLL/SLL is actively causing problems that require treatment right now (for example: worsening blood counts, enlarged spleen/lymph nodes, fast-rising lymphocytes, or weight loss/fevers/night sweats).
- Your cancer has returned or is resistant after at least one prior treatment plan.
- Your blood and organ tests are strong enough (ANC at least 0.75, hemoglobin at least 10, platelets at least 50, plus acceptable liver/kidney numbers).
- You cannot have certain recent or current conditions, including prior worsening on acalabrutinib/venetoclax, severe heart rhythm problems, uncontrolled bleeding or need for warfarin, recent ulcers, or recent stroke/bleeding in the brain.
