Who can take part

  • You have sarcoma confirmed by pathology (biopsy or surgery results)
  • Your sarcoma is locally advanced but not removable by surgery or has spread to other parts of the body
  • You have had treatment before and your scans show measurable disease
  • Your overall health is good enough for study treatment (ECOG 0–2) and you expect to live at least 3 months
  • Your heart, liver, kidneys, and blood counts meet lab limits the study sets
  • If you can become pregnant: you must use highly effective birth control and have a negative pregnancy test right before starting
