Who can take part
- You must have a type of sarcoma (leiomyosarcoma or another soft-tissue sarcoma) that has spread or can't be removed by surgery.
- Your tumor must have a loss-of-function mutation or deletion in the TSC2 or TSC1 gene, found through standard genetic testing.
- You must have had at least one prior chemotherapy for leiomyosarcoma, or be able to receive gemcitabine again if it's been more than 12 months since your last dose and you did not get worse on it.
- You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan (like a CT or MRI).
- You must be 18 years or older and have adequate organ function (bone marrow, liver, kidneys, etc.).
- You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding, and agree to use effective birth control during the study.
