Who can take part

  • You have muscle weakness that tends to come and go, gets worse with use, and improves with rest
  • Your symptoms fit one of these test patterns: low-frequency repetitive nerve stimulation shows more than a 10% drop, or high-frequency repetitive nerve stimulation does not show a meaningful more-than-10% rise
  • OR you have a positive blood test for anti–AChR or MuSK antibodies
  • OR you have a positive neostigmine test (a medication test doctors use to check for myasthenia gravis)
  • You can understand, sign, and follow the informed consent, and you agree to attend follow-up visits reliably
