- You are an adult older than 21 years
- A dermatologist has diagnosed you with plaque-type psoriasis
- Your psoriasis is moderate to severe (PASI score at least 12, and IGA at least 3)
- Your psoriasis covers at least 10% of your body surface area
- You are a candidate for light therapy (phototherapy) and/or internal (systemic) treatment
- You can sign informed consent
