- You’re an adult older than 21 years
- A dermatologist diagnosed you with plaque-type psoriasis
- Your psoriasis is moderate to severe (PASI at least 12, IGA at least 3, and skin area affected at least 10%)
- You’re a candidate for light therapy (phototherapy) and/or pills/injections (systemic therapy)
- You can consent to the study
