- You have a specific skin condition: dark patch of skin present at birth
- The skin patch can be anywhere on the body and may include small extra spots
- OR, if there are no skin patches, you have brain (CNS) melanocytosis confirmed by scan or tissue test
- You (or your parent/legal guardian) can sign informed consent to join
- If tissue samples were taken elsewhere, you may be asked to share them for review
