- You’re a woman age 18 or older at the time you sign consent
- You have a planned surgery for one of these: high-grade serous ovarian cancer, certain grade II–III breast cancers larger than 3 cm, or extended breast cancer in situ with an invasive spot eligible for mastectomy
- You can understand the study and sign a voluntary consent form before any study-specific steps
