Who can take part

  • You have moderate-to-severe hemophilia A, with very low factor VIII (below 0.05 IU/mL) before you developed an inhibitor
  • You are at least 6 years old when you sign consent
  • You have a high-titer inhibitor confirmed on two blood tests, with a 72-hour washout, within 2 years of joining
  • Your blood counts are high enough (hemoglobin above 8 g/dL and platelets above 100,000 per microliter)
  • Your liver and kidney tests are within allowed ranges for the study
  • You are able to follow the study plan and consent is provided by you or your legal guardian
