Who can take part

  • You have severe or moderate hemophilia A (with or without inhibitors), or mild hemophilia A with chronic inhibitors that lower your factor VIII levels.
  • You have records of your past bleeding episodes and treatments for at least 6 months.
  • If you currently use on-demand treatment, you agree to switch to a preventive treatment (emicizumab or NXT007).
  • You do not have a known allergy to study drugs or their ingredients.
  • You are not using certain immune-suppressing medications, like interferon or rituximab.
  • You have no history of serious heart rhythm problems or heart disease.
