Who can take part
- You’re between 18 and 75 years old
- Your pancreatic cancer diagnosis is confirmed by biopsy or fluid test
- Your cancer is locally advanced but not removable by surgery, and it has not spread to distant organs
- You must be well enough for treatment (ECOG performance status 0–1)
- You need recent blood/organ tests that meet set safety numbers (blood counts, liver, kidneys, electrolytes)
- You’ve never had prior treatment for pancreatic cancer (chemo, radiation, surgery, targeted therapy, or other study drugs)
