Who can take part
- You have pancreatic cancer that hasn’t spread beyond the pancreas (locally advanced).
- You started chemotherapy at least 4 months ago, and you finished enough doses (at least 8 cycles of mFOLFIRINOX or 12 doses of gemcitabine plus nab-paclitaxel).
- Your scans show no new cancer growth anywhere (no local or distant progression) after you started chemotherapy.
- You’re 18 or older, and your overall function is good (ECOG 0–1).
- Your blood counts and organ tests meet minimum levels (low neutrophils/platelets, low hemoglobin, or high bilirubin/AST/ALT can disqualify you).
- You can have MRI scans and are able/willing to sign informed consent.
