Who can take part

  • You have confirmed locally advanced pancreatic adenocarcinoma (a specific type of pancreatic cancer), not pancreatic cysts or other types
  • Your cancer has not spread to distant organs (no distant metastasis) and can be treated with radiation in the chest/abdomen area
  • You finished at least about 3 months of prior pancreas cancer chemotherapy (like FOLFIRINOX or gemcitabine/nab-paclitaxel) and scans do not show distant progression
  • You can do daily life with limited help (ECOG performance status 0–1)
  • You meet blood and liver levels needed for treatment (for example, hemoglobin, neutrophils, platelets, bilirubin, and AST/ALT thresholds)
  • You can safely use the at-home tumor device (NovoTTF-100L) and have no reasons you can’t get MRI scans
