Who can take part
- Be 18 years or older with advanced/metastatic (or unresectable) solid tumors that have grown despite standard treatments
- Have 1 to 4 tumor areas that doctors believe can be safely radiated with SBRT
- Have a cancer you can measure on scans or exam: at least one measurable spot about 1 cm or larger
- Be physically able to participate (ECOG “activity” score 0 or 1)
- Have bloodwork and organ function within required ranges (examples include white blood cells, platelets, liver enzymes, and kidney measures)
- Agree to the study rules and sign informed consent; also follow strict pregnancy prevention rules during and after treatment
