Who can take part
- You have triple-negative breast cancer (ER-, PR-, HER2-).
- Your tumor is stage T1c with 1-2 positive lymph nodes, or stage T2 with any lymph node involvement up to N2, and no distant spread (M0).
- You are in good physical condition (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- Your blood counts, liver, kidney, and heart function are within study limits.
- You are not pregnant and agree to use effective birth control during and for 3 months after treatment.
