Who can take part

  • You have triple-negative breast cancer (ER-, PR-, HER2-).
  • Your tumor is stage T1c with 1-2 positive lymph nodes, or stage T2 with any lymph node involvement up to N2, and no distant spread (M0).
  • You are in good physical condition (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • Your blood counts, liver, kidney, and heart function are within study limits.
  • You are not pregnant and agree to use effective birth control during and for 3 months after treatment.
