- You can sign informed consent and you’re at least 19 years old
- Your cancer has spots doctors can measure or assess on scans (measurable/evaluable lesions)
- Your overall health is good: you can do most self-care (ECOG 0–1)
- Your organs look strong enough for treatment (blood, kidney, liver) and you have at least 3 months to live
- You can swallow and keep pills down, and your heart pumping is adequate (LVEF 50% or higher)
- If your cancer is HER2-positive, you already had and failed first-line trastuzumab
