Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have HER2-positive stomach cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery, and you have not had any treatment for advanced cancer.
- Your cancer has at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan (like a CT or MRI).
- You are able to take care of yourself and do light activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You have not had chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or other cancer treatments within the last 2 to 4 weeks, and you have no major health issues like active infections, brain metastases, or serious heart disease.
