Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older.
  • You have advanced stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread to other parts of the body.
  • Your tumor tests positive for CLDN 18.2 and PD-L1, and negative for HER2.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • You have not had prior treatment with CLDN 18.2-targeted drugs or certain other therapies within the last 4 weeks.
  • You have not had severe side effects from a previous immunotherapy.
