- You have confirmed pancreatic cancer that has spread to the liver (adeno-adenocarcinoma or adeno-squamous types).
- You have not had any prior treatment specifically for metastatic (stage IV) disease.
- You are age 18 or older and can do the trial at least with limited daily help (ECOG 0–1).
- Your blood counts and organ tests (kidney, liver) are strong enough for treatment.
