Who can take part
- You have confirmed pancreatic adenocarcinoma from a biopsy or fluid test
- Your tumor is considered resectable on CT or MRI with contrast and is not spread to distant sites
- You have a measurable tumor on scans within the last 28 days
- You have not had prior treatment for pancreatic cancer (no surgery, radiation, chemo, targeted therapy, or other study drugs)
- Your general health is strong enough (Karnofsky score of 70% or higher), and your blood and organ tests meet minimum levels
- You can use needed contraception (or have a negative pregnancy test if able to become pregnant) and agree to follow study procedures
