- You are 18 years old or older.
- You have breast cancer that has spread (metastatic).
- Your cancer has measurable spots that doctors can track on scans.
- Your cancer has spread to lymph nodes and/or internal organs.
- You are willing and able to have a biopsy before starting the planned medication treatment.
- A biopsy of a metastatic site (not the bone) must be safe and feasible for you.
