- You are age 18 or older
- You have confirmed advanced pancreatic or bile-tract cancer (diagnosed by biopsy/cytology)
- You are able to start your first anti-cancer treatment within the next 2 weeks
- You are generally able to function day-to-day (performance status 0–2)
- You have internet access and can answer study questions (by yourself or with help from an interpreter/family)
- You agree to sign informed consent before any study steps
