Who can take part

  • You can sign the study consent form and agree to follow the study plan
  • Your prostate cancer diagnosis has been confirmed by tissue biopsy (histology)
  • You have low-burden metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer (up to 4 bone metastases and/or any number of lymph nodes, and no other high-burden features)
  • You have early palliative radiation planned, meaning radiation is meant to help symptoms and cancer control soon
  • You can start the radiation within 9 months of your prostate cancer diagnosis
