Who can take part
- You can sign the study consent form and agree to follow the study plan
- Your prostate cancer diagnosis has been confirmed by tissue biopsy (histology)
- You have low-burden metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer (up to 4 bone metastases and/or any number of lymph nodes, and no other high-burden features)
- You have early palliative radiation planned, meaning radiation is meant to help symptoms and cancer control soon
- You can start the radiation within 9 months of your prostate cancer diagnosis
