Who can take part

  • You have prostate cancer confirmed by biopsy, diagnosed within the last 365 days
  • Your cancer is “intermediate risk” based on factors like Gleason 7, PSA 10–20, or a tumor stage T2b–T2c
  • Your scans show no spread to lymph nodes or distant sites (T1–T2c, N0, M0)
  • Your PSA is 20 or less within 90 days of starting, and your biopsy includes a Gleason score from the samples
  • You are 18 or older and can start treatment within 56 days of joining the study
  • If you’re considered for brachytherapy (internal radiation), your prostate size and urinary symptoms must meet specific limits
