Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older and expected to live more than 5 years.
- You have prostate cancer confirmed by biopsy and it's very high-risk based on national guidelines.
- Your MRI shows at least one suspicious lesion (PI-RADS 4 or 5).
- You have not had any radiation to the pelvis or prostate surgery before.
- You have not taken hormone therapy for prostate cancer, past or present.
- You do not have other cancers (except certain skin cancers) in the last 5 years.
- Your blood test results are within safe ranges (e.g., hemoglobin, white blood cells, kidney and liver function).
