Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older and expected to live more than 5 years.
  • You have prostate cancer confirmed by biopsy and it's very high-risk based on national guidelines.
  • Your MRI shows at least one suspicious lesion (PI-RADS 4 or 5).
  • You have not had any radiation to the pelvis or prostate surgery before.
  • You have not taken hormone therapy for prostate cancer, past or present.
  • You do not have other cancers (except certain skin cancers) in the last 5 years.
  • Your blood test results are within safe ranges (e.g., hemoglobin, white blood cells, kidney and liver function).
