Who can take part
- You have confirmed or likely kidney cancer or urothelial (bladder/urinary tract) cancer that needs surgery or a biopsy
- You are age 18 or older
- You can sign consent and understand the study information
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
- If you have diabetes and receive a special 13C infusion, it must be well controlled
- You must be a candidate for surgery/biopsy
