This study tests whether a special PET scan (using a radioactive tracer called rubidium-82) can help doctors better understand how aggressive a kidney cancer is before surgery. If you have a medium-sized kidney tumor that looks like clear cell cancer and you are scheduled for surgery, you may be able to join.

Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have a kidney tumor that measures between 2 cm and 7 cm (like a grape to a lemon in size) and looks like a clear cell kidney cancer on a CT scan.
- You are planning to have surgery to remove the kidney tumor.
