- You are 18 years old or older
- You are scheduled to receive a fibula free flap with a skin paddle
- Your surgeon believes you need a skin graft to close the donor site at the same time as the flap
- You can sign informed consent (you agree to join the study)
- You do not have an allergy to the suction dressing (PICO) components
- There is no infection or skin problem at the donor area that would prevent sealing the dressing
