Testing a brain/spine monitoring method during spinal surgery

Who can take part

  • You are scheduled for a first-time spinal surgery on one or more spinal levels for degenerative (wear-and-tear) problems
  • Your condition is one of these: myelopathy, radiculopathy, myeloradiculopathy, central or foraminal stenosis, herniated disc, degenerative disc disease, spondylosis, or bone spurs
  • You can understand the study and sign informed consent
  • You do not have an active (current) infection
  • You do not have a current or past history of cancer
