Who can take part
- You have a HeartMate 3 blood pump implanted at the Medical University of Vienna
- You are between 18 and 75 years old
- You can understand the study and sign the informed consent form
- You do not have a blood clot inside the heart (intraventricular) or at the aortic root
- You do not have a known bleeding/clotting problem that makes clots more likely
- Your body can be imaged with transthoracic ultrasound (ultrasound through the chest) well enough for the study
