Who can take part

  • Be older than 20 years
  • Have metastatic urothelial carcinoma (bladder/urinary tract cancer that has spread)
  • Be about to start immunotherapy (IO) treatment
  • Have enough kidney function for the urine testing (eGFR above 15)
  • Be well enough to take part (ECOG 0 to 3) and expect to live at least 3 months
  • Agree to sign the study consent form
