Who can take part
- Be older than 20 years
- Have metastatic urothelial carcinoma (bladder/urinary tract cancer that has spread)
- Be about to start immunotherapy (IO) treatment
- Have enough kidney function for the urine testing (eGFR above 15)
- Be well enough to take part (ECOG 0 to 3) and expect to live at least 3 months
- Agree to sign the study consent form
